yoke
- sew FRONT YOKE piece to the 2 BACK YOKE pieces at shoulders
- fold over neckline raw edge, top-stitch down all the way around, starting from back
sleeves
- sew 2 SLEEVE pieces together on one long side, flip right side out
- fold under the armhole edge on yoke
- starting from front, start top-stitching down the yoke armhole edge
- at single dot, attach sleeve ruffle's open edges underneath edge as you top-stitch, gathering it as you stitch it down. match triangle to shoulder seam, double dots to the back. finish top-stitching armhole edge down
assembly
- sew side seams of yoke
- hem bottom edge of BODY
- starting at center back (CB), gather and sew top edge of BODY to bottom edge of yoke, all the way around
- fold under CB edges from yoke through body, top-stitch down
- attach velcro at CB between stars
